Patients that have their own doctors in clinic can be evaluated as well by their own providers. Medical Students and PGY I\u2019s are not expected to pre-op their own patients and can refer them to med consult clinic.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How can patients be referred?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Email\u00a0Orieta O\u2019Connor (Dr. Lemberg&#8217;s clerical associate) with the patient&#8217;s name, MRN, telephone # and date of surgery, and she will schedule the appointment and call the patient.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">When does the clinic meet?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tuesdays 8:30-12:15; Wednesdays 1:15-5:00 PM; Thursdays 1:15-5:00 PM<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Where is the clinic?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the blue pod (4B)<\/p>\n<p>If there are any questions or concerns about any patient regarding a preoperative evaluation, then please contact Dr. Lemberg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Med Consult Clinic&#8217;s purpose is for PREOPERATIVE evaluations for patients planned for surgery and is staffed with PGY II\u2019s and PGY III\u2019s.
