Where to live
Many of our residents live in the Morris Park or Pelham Parkway neighborhoods. However, living in Manhattan, particularly on the Upper East Side, is also a popular option. Other residents, especially those with families, opt to live in Riverdale, Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester county, or Bergen County in New Jersey. Parts of Connecticut such as Stamford and Greenwich are farther but within 45min drive from Jacobi. Living in the Bronx is significantly cheaper than Manhattan, with a 1 bedroom apartment being in the range of $1000-$1300. There is no Jacobi housing available.
