This patient should not be re-challenged with PPD because of her historic
reactive status despite lack of documentation.
As a health care worker, active disease needs to be the excluded She
should be evaluated with a chest x-ray.  If
she did not have a historically positive PPD, a positive PPD should be
considered for prophylactic treatment because for risk of exposure.
