All rotations are done at Jacobi Medicine Center unless otherwise specified. Elective rotations, which include clinical or research electives, can be done at Jacobi, Montefiore-Moses, Montefiore-Weiler or Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM).

PGY1

• 4 months Medicine Floors (Jacobi or Montefiore-Weiler)
• 1-1.5 months Specialty Floors (HIV, Oncology, Pulmonary)
• 1-1.5 months Night Medicine
• 1-1.5 months Elective (Preliminary interns get 1.5-2 months)
• 1 month Ambulatory (Preliminary interns can opt out of ambulatory clinic)
• 1 month CCU (Jacobi or Montefiore-Weiler)
• 1 month ICU (Preliminary interns get 0.5 months)
• 1 month Vacation
• 0.5 month Geriatrics/Palliative Care (categorical interns only)

PGY2

• 2-2.5 months Elective
• 2 months Ambulatory
• 2 months Medicine Floors (Jacobi or Montefiore-Weiler)
• 1.5-2 months ICU/CCU (ICU at Jacobi, CCU at Montefiore-Weiler)
• 1 month Specialty Floors or Day Admitting Resident
• 1 month Emergency Medicine
• 1 month Vacation
• 0.5-1 month Night Medicine

PGY3

• 3-3.5 months Elective
• 2 months Ambulatory
• 1.5 months Medicine Consult/Senior Medical Resident
• 1-1.5 months CCU
• 0-0.5 months ICU
• 1 month Medicine Floors (Jacobi or Montefiore-Weiler)
• 1 month Vacation
• 1 month Specialty Floors
• 0.5-1 months Night Unit Chief in ICU/CCU
