Healthcare Administration Scholars Program (HASP) is a 20-month long program that aims to train residents in healthcare economics, hospital administration, operations management, quality and safety, inter-professional education, healthcare information systems, medical advocacy, and leadership. Accepted participants will attend twice-monthly sessions over 20 months, totaling 40 sessions. These will cover a wide range of healthcare administration topics, presented by experts in the field. Participants will also have time dedicated to leading their own Quality Improvement project, with mentorship and support from hospital leadership.
