Our affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine offers a unique and prestigious opportunity for Jacobi/Einstein residents: the honor of being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AΩA) Medical Honor Society.

At Jacobi/Einstein, residents are nominated by their program directors based on their exceptional clinical acumen, dedication to teaching, and compassionate care. The AΩA selection committee, housed within Einstein, considers residents who go above and beyond in their commitment to medicine, mentorship, and service.

What is AΩA?

Alpha Omega Alpha is the national medical honor society dedicated to recognizing and promoting excellence in the medical profession. Membership is a lifelong distinction awarded to those who exemplify the highest standards in Professionalism, Leadership, Research, Education, and/or Community Service.
